Arguably the most important show in human history
ONE SHOW ONLY
Rod Quantock says, “If climate change doesn’t scare you shitless, then you just don’t get the science.”
Fortunately Rod does get the science. And when he gives you his take on the physics, chemistry, biology, geology, palaeontology, cosmology and meteorology of climate science you’ll get it too. And then… you’ll be scared shitless! It’s win-win.

Report-back from Australia's Climate Action Summit 2010
Safe Climate meeting
City Farm, 1 City Farm Place, East Perth (just next to Claisebrook station)
A small contingent of climate activists from WA (Nat, Tim, and Kamala) attended the Australia's Climate Action Summit 2010, March 13-15, and will be giving a report-back of their experiences. The summit was attended by 300 climate activists from around the country. Informational plenary sessions heard from climate scientists David Karoly and Clive Spash, political figures Christime Milne and Ian Fry, and campaigners from a range of climate action groups and networks, unions, and alliances. In campaign streams, smaller groups worked on proposals for consideration of the summit as a whole. And the summit refined the structure of the Community Climate Network adopted by climate action groups at the end of 2009.
So come and hear about it, and help us take on the challenge of building the climate movement in WA in 2010.
We will also discuss how to build the "Fossil Fools" day action planned for April 1.
Bring a friend (and a plate to share for afternoon tea).

* Rapidly rising sea levels from 1993 to 2009, with levels around Australia rising, between 1.5 and 3mm per year in Australia’s south and east and between 7 and 10mm in the country’s north
These are two of the findings of the snapshot of Australia's changing climate, outlined in a report released on March 15 by CSIRO and the Bureau of Meteorology.
