Germany has ambitious targets for renewable energies. The 2006 government’s sustainability strategy aims at supplying half of the overall energy supply with renewable energies by the middle of this century.  The German minister for the environment, recently raised the target and is now aiming at supplying ‘almost all energy from renewable sources’. 

Featuring Dr. Volker Oschmann, a senior government official with the German Ministry for the Environment. Part of the SEN general meeting.
