The Power of Community: how Cuba survived peak oil

This inspiring film outlines the steps Cubans took to confront the sudden slump in oil availability when the former Soviet Union collapsed. It was a version of "peak oil" that the rest of the world faces. The film depicts some of the many solutions the community came up with in confronting an oil-poor future together.
